“ Displacement “ will explore in depth the term and expose the student to its many visual, human and philosophical aspects. Actions of Displacement started to appear during the postmodern era and now have become more frequent and dominant in the field of contemporary art. During the course we will learn. Practice and debate themes such as : Displacement of the object, Displacement of identity, Displacement of time and displacement in the Global era. The course will mainly deal with sculpture and will include exercises, lectures, debates and tours. Requirements: attendance, giving in the exercises on time, handing in documentation of class projects.
