The course provides an introduction to the techniques, methods, and tools that are used by artists, designers, and architects in the creative process. The study track combines practical workshops by artists and designers and offers a window to the work that is done at Bezalel's different departments through workshop visits, guided tours, and meetings with leading artists.
Study Track – Practical Workshops and Theoretical Studies
The practical workshops consist of drawing, painting, and 3D design. Subjects are taught using various techniques and different perspectives.
The theoretical component will familiarize participants with the concepts and the foundations of the world of art and design and by doing so will instill in participants the ability to think and view art critically.

Course Outline
The course extends for 16 weeks and is offered several times each year.
You may choose between an evening track, twice a week, or a full day, once a week.
Practical workshops include projects that may need to be completed outside of actual school hours.
