The History of Graphic Design in Israel

The course The History of Graphic Design in Israel will review the development of the field from the birth of Hebrew culture in the Land of Israel, through the establishment of the State of Israel to the processes of privatization and globalization that took place at the end of the 20th century. We’ll learn how the graphic works, reflect periodical ideas and social, economic, political and cultural changes through texts written by contemporary designers, posters, catalogs, fonts, covers, films, etc.
