Ceramic screen printing-basic

Is it possible to combine the classical and traditional ceramics art with the extraverted graffiti and street art world? How can we create a social comment in public spaces with ceramics? During the course we will learn different Technics to treat the ceramic surface via ceramic transfers. We will make new and fascinating connections between the sculptural, tactile clay and the two dimensional, contemporary street art language. The course will be accompanied with presentations, demonstrations and work in and out of the Ceramics Department.
