Lecture | Architecture as Social Technology

The Bezalel School of Architecture is pleased to welcome Arch. Eran Chen, Founder & Executive Director of ODA New York, for a special lecture: Architecture as Social Technology

What if buildings were designed not just around structure or code, but around human experience? Eran Chen, Founder & Executive Director of ODA, the NYC-based architecture, interiors, and landscape design practice, will explore how the principles “Form Follows Experience” and “Porosity Leads to Prosperity” guide the firm’s projects worldwide and challenge conventional models of urban development. Framing “architecture as social technology,” the lecture will examine how an experience-centric approach can shape human connection, collective life, and cultural exchange in dense cities.
