Incoming Students
Bezalel partners with more than 100 leading art institutions worldwide. Students from our partner academies are welcome to study at Bezalel for one semester, while the Bezalel student body is encouraged to explore exchanges supported by the school.
The International Student Exchange Program is a vibrant partnership program with art and design academies around the world. Applications for exchange are submitted through the exchange coordinator at the respective academy. The institutions agree to recognize each other’s study programs, grades and accreditation systems. Exchange students pay tuition to their home institution and are exempt from such fees at Bezalel.
Our Buddy Program is designed to help incoming exchange students feel welcomed, supported, and connected from the moment they arrive. Each exchange student is paired with a local student from their department who serves as their “buddy,” offering guidance with campus life, academic expectations, and everyday logistics. Beyond practical support, buddies help foster meaningful social connections by introducing exchange students to campus activities, local culture, and student life. The program creates a friendly, informal support system that enhances the overall exchange experience.
