The Master's Program in Fine Arts invites you to a lecture by Manuel Sagada, director of the Museo Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo, Madrid, as part of a series of lectures by leading figures from the international field held in the program.

As director of an art center in a museum in the southern working class and immigrant area of Madrid, Manuel Sagada’s lecture will include accounts of various experiences that have tried - or are trying - to show how contemporary art is a radical, progressive practice that contributes to building the contexts for social transformation through careful attention to institutional influences.
