Guest Lectures | Professor Beatrice von Bismarck
The Master's Program in Policy and Theory of the Arts is happy to invite the public to a talk by Professor Beatrice von Bismarck from the Academy of Fine Arts, Leipzig - art historian, visual art researcher, curator, and a leading figure in the field of curatorial studies.
Her book The Curatorial Condition (Sternberg Press) was published last year, and in her talk she will discuss several contemporary artistic and curatorial practices. The talk will be followed by a conversation with Professor Irit Rogoff from Goldsmiths, University of London - one of the initiators of the transdisciplinary field of Visual Culture.
