The "Offset 13" team won second place in the construction from scratch track in the "Between the Drops" project.

The team, which consists entirely of graduates and lecturers from the School of Architecture, created a pleasant courtyard for the “Tipat Chalav” center building in the Bedouin village of Arab al-Naim.

The "Between the Drops" project is the first opportunity of its kind to rethink the design of “Tipat Chalav" family health stations and their surroundings throughout the country, as part of a broad move by the Ministry of Health to further their development. Young architects and designers were invited to participate in a design competition and propose their vision for the future "Tifat Chalav" stations in Israel.

Those responsible for the project:
Prof. Arch. Els Verbakel - Head of the School of Architecture
Arch. Adva Matar - Chief Researcher and Supervisor of the Program
